4 Oceans is a Berlin-based metalcore band.

Formed in 2020 as a fully DIY project, we connected with fans by addressing sensitive topics such as mental health through heavy, emotionally driven music.

In our first two years, we built a dedicated team, released our self-produced debut EP First Wave and the singles Thousand Yard Stare, Everything Has Pain, Confined, Unbidden (feat. Dominik from Cypecore), Follow My Traces (feat. Egor Erushin from Abyss Watching Me & Marina) and Dead Addicted. We toured across Germany and Italy, and our music has reached over 160k streams on Spotify.

At the beginning of 2024, the band entered a creative break — a period of reflection, redefining our sound, and searching for new members. This time allowed us to grow and rethink the future of the project.

In 2026, 4 Oceans returns to the stage with a renewed lineup, a refreshed artistic vision, and a new musical direction.
